If you live on or near a Commissary, then you will be happy to hear that DeCA has announced that the Commissary will be rolling out an e-coupon card program soon!
E-Coupons are coupons that are loaded directly to your store savings / loyalty / rewards card. You will be able to upload coupons to your card from the
Commissary website.

WHEN the program will officially roll out, but sources from DeCA say that it will be sometime this Fall.
