JULY 6, 2016, WASHINGTON (NNS) - Navy released an update to the Selective Reenlistment Bonus (SRB) award plan July 5 in NAVADMIN 155/16 that includes 25 award level decreases and four skills removed from the list released earlier this year in NAVADMIN 036/16.
