Marine Corps Career Colleges Program (MCCCP)

The Marine Corps Career Colleges Program expands the range of education opportunities available to Marines who would like to apply their military training and experience toward completion of a college degree.

The goal is to encourage Marines to attain the same level of career development and professional recognition as their counterparts in other military services and in civilian society.

How the MCCCP works: The mission of the program is to support the Marine’s personal and professional development by providing quality degrees from SOCMAR member institutions that are matched with selected Marine Occupational Fields.

The participating colleges are committed to award college credit based on the American Council on Education recommendations for military service schools, Marine Corps workplace experience, credit by examination programs and professional/occupational certification examinations, if appropriate to the degree requirements.

Contact your Education Service Officer for more information or choose an Occupational Specialty from the following list to see how much credit you may already have and where the credit might apply!
