DECEMBER 2, 2016, VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (NNS) – This holiday season, the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is again giving away free $10 phone cards to Sailors and Marines away from their homeports and those forward deployed to overseas ports during the holiday season.
