Q: Why giveaway a delivery slot + a check instead of a car?
A: First, California law does not allow Aptera Motors Corp. to accept payment for a car until its production is imminent. Second, most states require that sweepstakes prizes be awarded within 15-45 days. Yet, Apterae aren’t scheduled to be in production until 2024.
Q: Why not give the winner the money to buy the car?
A: Because human nature proves most winners will spend it before their car is scheduled for production. We’re here to help folks achieve SustainabilitySooner. Not, tempt them to squander that opportunity!
Q: So, what’s Aptera Launch Edition delivery slot #24 worth?
A: With an Ambassador Code, anyone can buy a delivery slot for $70.00. That’s exactly what we paid for #24; and, thus, $70 is its approximate retail value or ARV for legal purposes. Yet, to date, we’ve also had to invest $122,010 in Aptera Motors to make it delivery slot #24, instead of, delivery slot #44,273+++. However, since we received stock for this investment which is not part of the Grand Prize, by law, our investment does not factor into the ARV calculation of Aptera Launch Edition delivery slot #24.

Entries will be judged on grammar, clarity, originality, feasibility, allure, environmental impact, scalability, potential virality and how well it puts an Aptera Launch Edition to its best and highest use, in equal measure. These separate Contests vary in length from a few hours to several days. Q: What if Aptera Motors never produces Aptera Launch Edition #24?
A: If, separate and apart from the sweepstakes, we can’t pay to have Aptera Launch Edition #24 produced and delivered + give the winner $10,000 to cover taxes, we’ll give the winner a Solar Electric Off-Grid Tiny Home + $15,000 to cover delivery and taxes. If Aptera Launch Editions are not being produced within one year of when we award the Grand Prize in our Aptera Accelerator #24 Sweepstakes, we’ll give the winner Tiny Home Alpha, the designer finished and fully furnished all electric 8’ x 16’ Incred-I-Box from Incredible Tiny Homes shown in this video.
