If you are an Active Duty Enlisted Service Member of Commissioned Officer on sea duty, you are entitled to Career Sea Pay up to $730 a month.
Your actual pay depends on rank and number of years served at sea. Once a Service Member has served 36 months of consecutive sea duty, he/she is entitled to a Career Sea Pay Premium for the 37th month and each consecutive month thereafter. This monthly amount is determined by the Secretary but will not exceed $350.
