Is The Air Force Right For Me?
Any job or career change should be viewed objectively. Consider the life style, the job, location, benefits, and opportunities.

Talk To The Recruiter
Talking to an Air Force Recruiter is a good opportunity to ask specific questions that relate to your situation. Only by working with a Recruiter can you tailor an Air Force experience to meet your goals, wants and needs. Your Recruiter can give you the specifics on all the Air Force benefits to help you make the most out of your career. Air Force recruiters are ready with the know-how to answer questions you have about the U.S. Air Force.

Take the ASVAB
The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple choice test used to determine qualification for enlistment in the United States Armed Forces. In addition to determining eligibility, the test also determines jobs available to you in each service and enlistment bonus incentives, so you will want to do your best when taking the ASVAB.

Choose A Path in the Air Force
The U.S. Air Force is made of committed Enlisted Soldiers and Officers serving together to protect America’s freedoms and to preserve the peace. This kind of commitment makes each Airmen the embodiment of selfless service.
The Air Force has three opportunities: Enlisted, Officer and Healthcare Professional. Each has its own specialized training, responsibilities and areas of expertise. Together, they are critical to the Air Force’s ability to defend our country, our freedoms and our way of life.

Process In – MEPS
The Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) plays a vital role in maintaining the nation’s military might by ensuring that each new member of the Armed Forces: The Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard; meets the high mental, moral and medical standards required by the Department of Defense and the military services.

Get Ready For Basic Training
Air Force Basic Military Training consists of 8.5 weeks at San Antonio’s Lackland Air Force Base and is a key component to enlisting in the United States Military. It is designed to condition your body and mind so that you are fully prepared. It prepares you mentally, emotionally and physically for what is to come as well as the unexpected. Do you have what it takes to enlist in the Air Force?
