Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript (SMART), documents college courses, degrees and certifications completed on active duty through Tuition Assistance or the Navy College Program for Afloat College Education (NCPACE), and all other college courses completed at institutions accredited by a regional, national, or professional accrediting agency recommended by the U.S. Department of Education.
SMART provides recommended college credit for your military occupational experience and training. Recommendations are made by the American Council on Education (ACE).
