The advertiser, and not MilitarySpot.com, is responsible for the truthful content of the ad. MilitarySpot.com makes no guarantees that ads are legitimate. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the seller, item, transaction, and shipping.
MilitarySpot.com reserves the right to request changes, reject, or properly classify an ad.
Criminal behavior will be reported to law enforcement. While we respect our members' privacy, we will fully cooperate with any U.S. authorities.
Advertisers who are by practice "less-than-honest" will be banned immediately and permanently.
Some items are governed by special U.S. and international regulations. There are restrictions on guns, and the transport/shipping of guns, for example. There are also restrictions on the shipping of some items, such as night vision equipment, to foreign countries. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
Features are only to be used for lawful purposes by law-abiding citizens.
Please do not post unlawful/criminal, profane, threatening, unethical, immoral, copyrighted, libelous, defamatory, racist, vulgar, pornographic or otherwise unacceptable content.

Trolls and trolling will not be tolerated, and violators will be immediately banned.
