“This was the first job fair I have ever attended, and it really sets the bar for me,” said Aviation Technician 1st Class Steven Ross. “When I go to the next one, I will know to bring several resumes. I also learned that I should tailor each resume to the specific job to which I am applying.”

Each of the participating commands will participate in job fairs and other hiring events for transitioning Sailors. The next event is a career forum that will be held in the Norfolk area, Dec. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at One Navy Drive, Virginia Beach Va.
