The sketch was submitted by the USCGC Flyingfish, Boston MA and was intended for a presentation/award plaque to an outstanding OIC in 2006-2009.
I made the mock design as requested with deep engravings. This was made possible through photoshop of course. And 2 thumbs up to www.MilitaryPlaques.Com for giving justice to the design.
