She was born Kylie Thomas Ali on 19th March 1967 in Germany, Frankfurt, to parents Thomas (Ali) and Elvin B. Moline. Joan was my mother) at the age of eight she lost her mother to a tragic pedestrian accident on a street D-65451 Kelsterbach Frankfurt in 1975.And relocate to the state at her late Parent Home in Texas Dallas.



Major Kylie Thomas Ali, Army Medical Nurse Corps, served at the 95th Evacuation Hospital near Da Nang, from December 1986 to December 1988. As the first physical therapist (PT) assigned to the hospital, she had to set up a clinic in a quonset hut that had previously served as the Post Exchange (PX). In the meantime,M.Kylie treated as many as 70 patients a day, using a ward storage area as an office. During Tet, the Vietnamese lunar New Year, hospital personnel were issued "frag" (bulletproof) jackets and helmets. The protective gear was required to be kept close at all times in case of a reoccurred of the 1995 Tet Offensive. And recently Still out for Peace Keeping Mission in Iraq.
