The Department of
Defense (DoD) Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program seeks to protect
U.S. Military personnel from the biological warfare agent anthrax. The DoD continues to state that the vaccine is safe, however, a number of
troops have reported adverse reactions to the vaccine.
